Myth: any OpenAPI file equals a finished API

A YAML export from your framework is a snapshot, not a contract your partners can rely on. We review resource naming, error envelopes, pagination, idempotency keys, and breaking-change policy before you invite external consumers.

Engagements often start with a technical assessment that lists concrete gaps—missing correlation IDs, ambiguous date formats, or auth scopes that do not map to real roles.

Myth: integration speed means skipping discovery

Webhook retries, partial failure handling, and reconciliation jobs are where API programs stall. We map your upstream systems, payload limits, and observability hooks so your team knows what to build before the first sprint.

Implementation support stays hands-on: pairing on client SDKs, gateway rules, or queue consumers—always within a written scope agreed in advance.

We do not sell seats, tokens, or anonymous “API in a box” kits—only defined projects with deliverables you can hand to engineering and compliance reviewers.

Contact path

Describe the API or integration knot

Share the systems involved, timelines, and whether you need design, assessment, or build support. We reply from info@dev-harbor.digital with next steps—usually a short call from our Rama IX Road office or remote.

Read how engagements are structured on the engagement model page before you write.

Fit check

Who this is for (and who should look elsewhere)

Good fit

Product teams shipping B2B integrations, internal platform groups modernizing legacy SOAP or file drops, or startups preparing a partner API before fundraising diligence.

Not a fit

Full-time staff augmentation without a technical brief, marketing-site-only requests, or engagements where legal has not approved data-processing terms yet.

Questions we hear on API programs

Do you implement the API for us?

We can advise and pair on implementation, but we do not take anonymous outsource queues. Code work is always tied to a written scope—often after an assessment names the riskiest modules.

Can you review a third-party API we must integrate?

Yes. We document auth quirks, rate limits, undocumented fields, and test harness gaps so your engineers estimate integration work with evidence instead of guesswork.

Are fees published on this site?

No. Project-based consulting means each statement of work lists deliverables, assumptions, and fees agreed individually. We will not quote without understanding your systems.

Where is work performed?

From our Bangkok head office and remotely across ASEAN-friendly hours. On-site workshops are available when travel is in scope.

Typical first step

A fixed-scope API readiness review with a written findings memo and a prioritized remediation list—fees quoted after a short intake, not from a public price list.
