You share architecture sketches, existing specs, and constraints (data residency, partner SLAs, languages). We confirm whether the request is assessment, design, or build-adjacent work. Mutual confidentiality terms are proposed when materials are sensitive.
We return a short scope outline: objectives, out-of-scope items, assumptions, deliverable formats, and a fee range or fixed fee. Nothing starts until you approve the statement of work in writing.
Workshops may cover consumer journeys, failure modes, and observability. For integration projects we inventory endpoints, queues, and identity providers so estimates reflect real coupling—not wishful diagrams.
Design engagements produce reviewable artifacts on a agreed cadence (draft spec, review meeting, revised spec). Implementation support uses your ticketing system and definition of done; we do not introduce proprietary runtimes or hosted middleware.
Each engagement ends with a handoff note: open risks, recommended tests, and ownership map. Optional follow-on assessments can be scheduled when you add new API consumers.
Invoices follow the payment schedule in your statement of work. Cancellation, deposits, and refund eligibility are described in our refund policy. Questions about fees go to contact.
