Terms governing paid programming consulting engagements with Dev Harbor Consulting.
These terms apply to professional services offered by Dev Harbor Consulting Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Dev Harbor Consulting จำกัด), Tax ID 0105853309971, 35/7, Rama IX Road, Huai Khwang, 10310 Bangkok, Thailand.
Services
We provide project-based programming consulting, including API design, technical assessments, implementation support, and advisory work. Each engagement is defined in a written statement of work (SOW) that lists deliverables, timelines, fees, and assumptions.
No public packages
Information on this website is descriptive only and does not constitute an offer until a SOW is signed. Fees are agreed individually per project.
Client responsibilities
You provide timely access to systems, documentation, and decision-makers needed for the scope. Delays caused by missing access may shift schedules and may require a change order.
Intellectual property
Unless the SOW states otherwise, you receive deliverables created for you upon full payment. We retain pre-existing tools, templates, and general know-how. Third-party components remain under their respective licenses.
Confidentiality
Both parties will protect confidential information exchanged during an engagement. A mutual NDA may supersede this section when executed.
Warranties and liability
Services are performed with professional care appropriate to the SOW. Except where Thai law prohibits exclusion, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a SOW is limited to the fees paid under that SOW. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless the SOW specifies otherwise.
